Each membership includes a free personal session with a Senior Coach every 90 days. Plus, when you join, you'll get an extra session to help us understand your needs and provide the best support.
9 CLASSES
£150 PCM
New to training? Our monthly membership of 9 classes (about 2 per week) is ideal for beginners or those wanting to supplement their current training regimen.
13 CLASSES
£187.50 PCM
You'll be addicted in no time! Our monthly membership includes 13 classes (about 3 classes per week), helping you increase training and see results faster.
17 CLASSES
£215 PCM
Our monthly membership includes 17 classes (about 4 classes per week). It's great for those who want to take their training to the next level.
FULL
£240 PCM
If you want to fully commit, our Full Membership offers 31 monthly classes. Take advantage of specialty classes and Open Gym to improve your fitness alongside your regular CrossFit or HYROX training.

Nope!
Every single person in class is at different point in their fitness journey, and most people start training with us having never stepped foot in gym before. You’ll see people of all shapes, sizes, ages and background in CrossFit and HYROX classes across the world.
Everything and anything we do can be adapted to the individual. and our diligent coaches will ensure you have a safe and effective workout every time.

We place a strong emphasis on correct form, progression, and individual scaling, which helps reduce the risk of injury.
However, like any physical activity, there is a potential for injury if exercises are performed incorrectly or with excessive intensity.
It's crucial to listen to your body, follow your coach's instructions, and communicate any concerns or limitations you may have.

Our seemingly higher cost is justified by two key factors.
Firstly, a membership not only grants access to a well-equipped gym but also provides expert coaching in modalities like HYROX, gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting, often at less than £15 per visit, making it cost-effective for personalised training.
Secondly, local gyms can overfill their spaces because they rely on members using the facility at various times. Our facilities, however, are limited by class size and quantity, which affects pricing to remain commercially viable. In essence, we offers tailored coaching and focused group training, making it a valuable fitness investment.

Not at CrossFit Evolving! You can break our hearts with just 7 days notice.
You can also upgrade and downgrade your membership, so whether you’re going away or feeling particularly sporty one month, you can amend your membership as you like.
Plus, if you don’t use all your classes in a month one month, you can roll over 2-3 classes into the following month (depending on your membership) - now thats a perk you wont get elsewhere!

If you have done CrossFit or tried HYROX before, just book book a Drop-In and if you join afterwards, we’ll credit your Drop-In towards yours first month of membership.
