WHAT WE DO

Based on Kilburn High Road since 2013, at CrossFit Evolving in Kilburn we are proud to offer a range of training session types to suit you and your fitness goals. All our sessions are based around our belief that functional movements are best for everyday fitness from beginner to elite athlete. All of our membership types cover all sessions so you can create a weekly training schedule that suits your goals, preferred training time and interests. Not sure about your goals? We include a complimentary coach check in every 90days to give all the guidance you need.

At CrossFit Evolving, we offer an incredible 38 CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD) sessions every week, giving you plenty of opportunities to experience the power of CrossFit's signature combination of high-intensity functional movements, Olympic lifting, and constantly varied programming. Our fully certified coaches bring years of experience, deep technical knowledge, and a genuinely personal coaching style — ensuring every movement is safe, effective, and scaled to your level. Backed by world-class equipment built for CrossFit training, and surrounded by a community that cheers just as loud for the last person across the finish line as the first, our CrossFit classes are so much more than a workout. Our HYROX training at CrossFit Evolving is designed for everyone — whether you're lacing up for your first race or chasing a podium finish. With 4 dedicated HYROX sessions every week, our programming blends the functional fitness and running combinations that define HYROX competition, building the strength, endurance, and mental grit you need to perform on race day. Our experienced coaches guide you through every element of HYROX-specific training, scaling sessions to suit all levels while pushing you to get better week on week. Whether you're just discovering the sport or deep in race preparation, you'll find a supportive and motivated group of athletes here who make every session count.

Our strength training classes at CrossFit Evolving are built around the foundations of powerlifting — squat, bench press, and deadlift — giving you a structured, progressive programme to build serious strength over time. With 3 sessions every week, our experienced coaches guide you through proven programming that prioritises technique, consistency, and gradual progression, whether you're stepping under a barbell for the first time or working towards a new one-rep max. Sessions are welcoming and inclusive, with every lift scaled to your current level so you can train safely and confidently. If you're looking to get stronger in a supportive environment with coaches who know their stuff, this is the class for you.

Our Olympic lifting classes at CrossFit Evolving give you dedicated time to master the snatch and the clean & jerk — two of the most technically demanding and rewarding movements in strength sport. With 2 sessions every week, our experienced coaches break down every stage of each lift, helping you build the technique, power, and confidence to move well and lift heavy. Whether you're brand new to Olympic lifting or looking to refine your mechanics and add kilos to the bar, our classes are structured, focused, and suitable for all levels.
